Animation Edits

As suggested from an earlier critique the tools used should be captioned in the animation in editing rather than on the objects themselves as they are so small.
Eleanor added in the text to a similar way as the titles used on the rest of the instagram. It kept a feeling of moevement, which worked well with the animation.

Originally they swiggled as the every ride, every month, every year, gifs do, however use to the seed of the animation it was a bit heavy on the eyes.

So it was altered to have the shapes not move once they had been placed. This made it easier to read, and didn't distract from the animation.
The typeface is the same as on the rest of the Instagram, and the loop lock labels, aiming to keep consistency within the account to ensure it is recognisable.

There is a slight glare on the snapped chain animation, this was due to the paper being printed. I tried to remove some of the sheen by rubbing over the paper with an eraser but this removed some of the pigment so we had to leave it as it is.

Revisiting

Once uploaded to the instagram the way it worked didn't quite make sense as the order for each issue went 'how to fix a bike puncture:' (with an image of what you need), then to the step by step instructions, and finally to an animation showing you how to do it.
When thinking about the order it made more sense to have the animation first, with the title saying 'how to fix a bike puncture' as the title, then to the illustrations of equipment and have that stating 'what you will need:', then to the step by step instructions.

So alterations were made to the videos to have the title page reading 'how to fix a bike puncture' in the same was the test pops up throughout the animation.
The background was a still of the animation made to 50% opacity keeping the text the focal point, but ensuring when the animation started the image was in the same place.

So now the instagram would appear like this:
