Trying to get all the design info from everyone to work into the presentation:
- Zoe, Rosie printed stickers for presentation
- Georgia printed budget sheets (make sure nothing's repeated too many times on presentation)
Finalising presentation, having difficulties with adding animation to the start page, can't add as a loop when exporting as PDF
Issues with spelling mistakes need ironing out on some of the work.
Can't contact people who worked on website about what they want including, not getting replies.
Ironing out what is going to be said about each thing, looking over the script to make sure everything that needs to be said is going to be said.
- Altering image size
- Making mockups for insta social media
- Calling up on people to correct mistakes
All complete, finalisation done, typeset consistent.7

Going through presentation as a group:
> alterations need to be made to the order to make it fit with the presentation.
- changing the placement of the promo slides
> Are people making the posters during crits?
- decided it would be too much for people to make posters in crit sessions and that the focus should be on providing feedback.
- explain the poster stuff on peoples tables as a physical way to represent this physically.
> Issues with understanding the budget were shown
- I re-figured a way of presenting the budget which is more easily understandable.
